Our company offers to its visitors through the product purchase service portal, hosted at www.moldplast.gr , the ability to browse, look for prices and types of products and services, at their preferences, available by the Company.

  1. What personal data do we collect for you and how do we collect them?

   2.1. With regard to individuals, the Company collects only personal information of its users, such as, name, surname, telephone number, street number, zip code, city and email, only when they provide these, directly and voluntarily, either by filling in the form for communication with our Company or by sending a message to our e-mail address This email address is being protected from spambots.     2.3. Scope of completion of the gaps in the respective forms is to enable traders (individuals or legal entities) to become acquainted with our services and to learn information about our cooperation.

    2.4. The Company also collects participant’s data, such as surname and e-mail, in case of competitions that it may conduct at regular intervals. Participants give their personal information either by log-in through an account they keep on social media (Facebook , Twitter, Instagram) or by email, or by filling out the participation form in the competition.

    We do not provide your personal data to anyone and we guarantee that no use is made beyond what is provided for by law or beyond what we exclusively refer to in our current Privacy Policy.

    3.1. The personal data we collect under paragraph 2.1 of this Privacy Policy shall be used to facilitate users/consumers’ communication with us, submitting questions, receipt of respective answers and reporting any problem or request.

    4.1. We maintain personal data of business partners for five (5) years in order to be able to fulfil our obligation to keep accurate records of tax or other administrative authorities.
